Ensure your item qualifies for return by mail
Before returning items by mail, these conditions must be met:
- Items were purchased online and shipped to you within Canada.
- Purchased with in 21 days
- Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the price ticket(s) still attached.
- The following items cannot be returned not exchanged (some for hygienic reasons):
- ‘Final Sale’ items
The return will be made once we receive the items in our facilities. You will receive the refund via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. The amount may not appear in your account for up to 14 day, depending on your banking institution.
