We accept returns and exchange on all our products except for sale items. Please choose an appropriate reason for returning an item from our ‘return portal’ and obtain a reference number. Any products that are not returned within 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once you return the product, we allow up to 30days for the return parcel to arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we receive the shipment in its original condition, well packed, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags, you will get a notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
